**ModDesi Return and Refund Policy**

At ModDesi, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

### Return Policy

1. **Eligibility for Returns**: We accept returns on all orders. To initiate a return, please email us at moddesi2924@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

2. **Return Request**: In your email, please include the following details:

   - Your order number

   - The reason for your return

   - Your UPI ID for the refund

3. **Return Window**: All return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the parcel. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

### Refund Policy

1. **Refund Process**: Once we receive your return request and the returned item is inspected and approved, we will process your refund.

2. **Refund Method**: Refunds will be issued to the UPI ID provided in your return request email.

3. **Processing Time**: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your UPI account after the return is approved.
